Room Parent

We would love to have a designated room parent for each homeroom. Duties may vary from room to room, but some things the room parent may be asked to do are: *Assist teachers with planning parties *Assist teacher with any needed classroom activities (reading centers, science experiments, etc.) *Assist teacher with filing and/or organizing *Assist teacher with any project that can be done at home (ie: cutting paper). *Help PVA with any projects needed to be done by the class for staff appreciation week and/or auction items *Assisting new to C2E parents with any questions If you feel you don’t have time to oversee all of these tasks or want to share with other parents, you can put together a signup genius so parents can signup and help when they are available. You can direct any questions to Volunteer Coordinator Amy Clarke at amclarke@c2e.org.

Vision and Hearing Screening

Volunteers are needed for our annual Vision and Hearing Screening, on Wednesday, Oct. 30th from 8:10-11:30 and 12:10-2:40.  No experience necessary, volunteers will undergo training.  Because of the technical nature of some of our screening procedures, we request that volunteers not bring children with them. Click here to sign up.

Remember To Log Those Hours….

Logging your volunteer hours helps our school. HOW? The district looks at how many hours we have when we go to recharter and when considering grant money. Every hour counts! Click here to log in your hours. If this is your first time, you need to contact the office while logging in (303)841-9816.
