Welcome to your PVA!

CONGRATULATIONS!

AS A PARENT OF A STUDENT AT C2E, YOU ARE PART OF OUR PVA WITH NO FORMAL SIGN UP OR DUES!

WE NEED YOU FOR THE BEST YEAR!

OUR 1ST GOAL IS TO BUILD COMMUNITY AND MEMORIES FOR THE STUDENTS, FACULTY AND FAMILIES OF C2E AND 2ND TO RAISE FUNDS FOR OUR SCHOOL.

KEY INFORMATION TO KNOW:

PVA Meeting Dates: Aug 23, Sept 27, Oct 24, Nov 22, Jan 23, Mar 13, Apr 23, May 15.      These take place at the C2E Library. Starting in October, we will be alternating our meetings between Friday mornings at 8:00am and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm. The first evening meeting will be on October 24th.

We log all volunteer hours at www.v-volunteer.com. Did you  know that all volunteer hours logged support the school and  determine our funding from the state? Our volunteering helps support the school in many ways! Click HERE for instructions on how to use V-Volunteer.

Our fundraising goal is $50,000.00. We only do 2 fundraising events through the school year to accomplish this. Our 2 events are Mammoth March and Spring Gala and what we earn supplies the school with computers and technology related items.

There are many ways to volunteer and get connected. We welcome families with other children and have opportunities to get your volunteer hours fulfilled at home and with children as well as one on one at the school and helping with our planned events.

COMMUNITY EVENTS:

We do 14 events to build community in our school and make school memorable for our children, faculty, parents and families. Click HERE to see our list of events

Thank you to all who stepped up and volunteered to chair our 14 events!

We still need Chair/Co-Chairpersons for:
