C2E Student Withdrawal Process
What To Do If You Plan To Move Out of C2E

We understand that family situations and education needs change and, as a charter school, C2E understands and supports parent choice! However, since the loss of a student affects our school funding and our ability to offer spots to other students on our waitlist, please follow the process below:
- Notify the Registrar as soon as possible if your student will no longer be attending C2E for any reason by submitting the attached Withdrawal form. Please email the form to Bharathi Kamadana at bkamadana@c2e.org.
Completing the withdrawal form is required in order to end your students enrollment and forward records upon request from the new school. - The Registrar will then provide you with next steps to officially begin the withdrawal process.
Please note:
- It is important that your student returns all school-owned books and materials and close out any school fees and lunch account balances.
- The Registrar will release records to your child’s new school once the withdrawal process is complete.

If you plan to send your student to the DCSD public high school in your feeder area, you will receive notifications for course selections starting typically in January. Enrollment and detailed course information for each DCSD public high school can be found on their websites. We recommend familiarizing yourself now with their school-specific timelines. Information given to charter schools from the high schools is also posted on the Middle School page of your current campus.
If you plan to send your student to a private high school, please visit that school’s website, or contact the school directly, for more information about their application process and requirements.
